At Shoes For Crews Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason, your shoes aren’t quite right, you can easily exchange or return them through our Exchange Portal.
Eligibility
- You have 28 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange.
- Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Exchanges can be made for a different size, depending on availability.
How to Exchange
- Visit our Portal and follow the on-screen steps.
- Select your return or exchange option and generate your return label.
- Send the original shoes back to us using the provided label.
- Once your return has been scanned in at our warehouse, your exchange or refund will be processed automatically.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your new item ships.
Important Information
- Exchanges are issued only after the original item is scanned at our warehouse.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.
- Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for exchange.
